Využití bankovních produktů a služeb z pohledu českých domácností

Abstract

The use of banking products and services is a key element for the financial stability and management of households personal finances. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to provide an overview of the main banking products and services from the perspective of Czech households. The thesis contains five chapters in total. They include the characteristics of the banking market in the Czech Republic, a description of selected banking products and services, consumer behaviour and decision-making in the banking market, a questionnaire survey and a summary of the main results and factors influencing the choice of banking products. In the practical part of the work was used a questionnaire, which was answered by 117 respondents. The results indicate that the asked households are satisfied with their bank and show positive experiences with provided banking products.
