The thesis deals with the state of contaminated sites. It focuses on the Moravian-Silesian Region. Characterized old ecological burdens and their relationship to the surroundings. It describes their impact on the environment, particularly the spread of pollutants in the geological environment. It explains the basic harmful substances and their permeability environment and the possibility of their degradability. Basic methods remediation technologies and their application in practice.
