Abstract
Aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate processes of labor rewarding, motivation incentives and bonus application in a given enterprise. Further, it is an analysis of applied techniques and tools which in a conclusion leads to a proposal for improving associated processes in a given enterprise.
First part of the thesis is dealing with terminology and terms used. Second part of the thesis is devoted to applied research which was based on a questionnaire and interviews conducted with employees. Over all aim of the research was to identify the level of satisfaction with motivational programs available, wages and benefits provided. Final part is composed of proposals aimed at improving current processes based on outcomes of performed analysis.
