Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním krizových stavů v systému krizového řízení v zemích V4, kam patří Česká republika, Slovenská republika, Maďarsko a Polsko. První část je zaměřena na základní princip fungování V4, vznik, historii a průběh spolupráce v zemích V4. Druhá část definuje legislativní rámce, základní pojmy a systém krizového řízení s vyhlášením možných krizových stavů v jednotlivých zemích Visegrádské čtyřky. Poslední část práce je zaměřena na srovnání jednotlivých systémů krizového řízení s vyhlášením možných stavů v zemích V4.

The given diploma thesis deals with the comparison of the states of emergency in the system of crisis management in the V4 countries, where the Czech Republic, the Slovak Republic, Hungary, and Poland belong. The first part focuses on the basic principle of the V4 functioning, its origin, history, and the progress of the V4 countries cooperation. The second part defines the legislative framework, basic notions and the system of crisis management with the announcement of the possible states of emergency in the particular V4 countries. The last part focuses on the comparison of the individual systems of crisis management with the announcement of the individual states in the V4 countries.
