Posouzení flexibilního pracovního aranžmá a jeho vliv na spokojenost a produktivitu zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis examines the issue of flexible work arrangements and their impact on employee satisfaction and productivity, specifically focusing on the environment of an industrial company. In today's dynamic era characterized by technological advancement and automation, flexibility has become a crucial tool for maintaining corporate competitiveness and team stability. The theoretical part of the thesis defines the concept of flexibility and its various forms, including external and internal numerical flexibility, functional flexibility, and modern remote work models such as Work-from-home (WFH) and Work-from-anywhere (WFA). Particular attention is paid to the "flexicurity" model and its pillars—the "golden triangle"—which connects labor market flexibility with social security and lifelong learning. Furthermore, the thesis analyzes psychological aspects of work performance, specifically motivation theories (Maslow, Herzberg, Vroom) and factors influencing job satisfaction and work-life balance. The theoretical framework is set within the context of heavy industry, where the implementation of flexibility is often limited by technological processes and the necessity of physical presence at the workplace. The objective of the practical part is to analyze the current state of flexible work usage in a selected company and to assess its real impact on employee performance and loyalty. Based on the findings, the conclusion of the thesis will formulate specific proposals and recommendations for optimizing work processes and increasing employee satisfaction within the given enterprise.
