Abstract

Bachelor thesis examines the issue of distribution. The thesis is an analysis of the distribution systém of sausage manufacturing plant MASOMA, based on internal data collection. The analysis covers the various channels of distribution and marketing processes of logistics, including warehousing, order processing, shipping and transportation. The aim of this work is to find efficient ways to coordinate the whole process from picking the products up to the handover of goods to distributors so that meet the needs of distributors, customers and themselves sausage manufacturing plant.
