Význam těžkých kovů v metabolismu mikroorganismů

Abstract

Main goal of this thesis is to familiar a reader with necessity of removal of heavy metals. At the beginning the reader is familiared with selected heavy metals and their negative impact on enviroment and toxic effects on human body. In the next part are listed the methods and their types, which can be used to eliminate contaminats. In particular the biosorption, bioaccumulation, volatization, bioprecipation and biodegradation. The removal is carried out by microorganisms, bacterias, cyanobacterias, algaes and fungis. Their summary and selected experimental study are given at each microorganism.
