Rekonstrukce kina Petra Bezruče ve Frýdku-Místku

Abstract

Diplomová práce s názvem Rekonstrukce kina Petra Bezruče se zabývá objemovou studií řešeného objektu. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, textovou a grafickou. V textové části nalezneme teoretická východiska řešeného území, dále rekapitulaci poznatků o území a popis stávajícího stavu budovy. Zadání práce je zpracováno ve dvou variantních řešeních, sportovním a kulturním. Kulturní varianta je rozpracována podrobně. Řeší napojení objektu na technickou a dopravní infrastrukturu a také splňuje podmínky pro užívání budovy osobami s omezenou schopností pohybu a orientace. Závěr textové části obsahuje swot analýzu a ekonomické zhodnocení návrhu. Za textovou částí jsou umístěny přílohy obsahující fotodokumentaci a výpočty. Řešené problémy a návrhy jsou pak znázorněny na výkresech v grafické části práce.

The thesis titled Reconstruction cinema Petra Bezruče deals with volumetric studies of solved object. The work is divided into two parts, text and graphics. In the text we find the theoretical basis of the area in question, as well as knowledge of the recapitulation and a description of the current state of the building. Entering the work is processed in two alternative solutions, sports and culture. Cultural variation is elaborated in detail. It solves the connection object on technical and transport infrastructure, and also meets the requirements for use of the building by persons with limited mobility. Conclusion The text section contains swot analysis and economic evaluation of the proposal. For text parts are located attachments containing photographic documentation and calculations. Solved problems and proposals are then shown in the drawings in the graphics part.
