The content of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of project documentation in the stage for a building permit and elaboration of the technological procedure of the ground works of an apartment building. Content also contains item budget of a given topic and time schedule. New apartment building has no basement. It has three floors and a flat roof. The building is made of ceramic blocks. The ceilings are designed from ceiling beams and inserts with monolithic grout. The building is covered with a single-skin flat roof. The building is located in the cadastral area of Šilheřovice. The technological part deals with the technological procedure of the ground works of an apartment building. It is a calculation of soil volumes and calculation of used mechanization. Another of the technological part of this bachelor's thesis includes the item budget for the stage, time schedule and summary technical report.
