Posouzení úspěšnosti vybraných technických indikátorů na futures trzích

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá indikátory technické analýzy na futures trzích. Technické indikátory jsou jednou z metod technické analýzy, která slouží k předpovídání vývoje cen finančních instrumentů. První kapitola je zaměřena na vymezení derivátů a futures kontraktů. Další kapitola se zabývá vybranými grafickými formacemi a technickými indikátory, a to jejich výpočtem, použitím a vlastnostmi. V poslední kapitole jsou testovány vybrané technické indikátory na futures trzích kávy, ropy a zlata a z výsledků jsou vyvozeny závěry o jejich predikčních schopnostech.

This thesis deals with the indicators of technical analysis in futures markets. Technical indicators are one of the methods of technical analysis, which are used to predict the development of prices of financial instruments. The first chapter focuses on defining the derivative in general and futures contracts. The next chapter deals with selected technical chart patterns and indicators, their calculation, use and properties. The last chapter tests selected technical indicators in the futures markets of coffee, crude oil and gold to draw the conclusion about their predictive abilities.
