Rozbor technologických postupů kování na radiálním kovacím stroji SMX-800

Abstract

This thesis, solved in co-operation with company Vítkovice Hammering a.s., is concerned in radial forging on radial forging machine SMX-800. This forging mill is dedicated to forge round, square and octagonal cross section. Advantage is special possibility of tube forgings. In development is a fitting mounted and enforced by forging. Company Vítkovice Hammering became one of the most high-tech forging mills all around the world and placed into world producers which are able to forge materials such as Inconel 625, titanium alloys etc. SMX-800 forging technology of those materials is partly developed including heat treatment of special alloys.
