Realizace vybraných opatření ochrany obyvatelstva při úniku amoniaku ze zimního stadionu

Abstract

Thesis deals with the issue of ammonia release from ice stadium in Havirov and its subsequent evacuation and evacuation of the shopping centre, which is located close to the ice stadium. The first chapter of the thesis is a theoretical definition of the topic, which includes terminology, legislation, description of the area and a description of the program, which is carried out in the second chapter of ammonia release analysis focusing on warning information and evacuation of the population. The last chapter is a draft of selected measures of protection of the population in the release of ammonia ice stadium.
