Vyhodnocení ekonomického dopadu oddlužení na dlužníka

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá příčinami a následnými důsledky zadlužení fyzických osob. V teoretické části je vysvětlen pojem oddlužení, průběh insolvenčního řízení, úpadku a způsobů jeho řešení. Dále je zde vysvětlen pojem rodinný rozpočet a finanční gramotnost. V praktické části je analyzována skupina 50 náhodně vybraných dlužníků dle různých kritérií, výsledky šetření jsou porovnány s výsledky Poradny při finanční tísni. Dále jsou zde uvedeny dvě případové studie.

This dissertation deals with causes and resulting consequences of insolvency of person. In the theoretical part, there is explained the term insolvency, course of insolvent direction breakdown and ways of his solution. Then, it explains the term family budget and financial literacy. In the practical part, there is analyzed the group of 50 randomly chosen debtors according to various criteriors, results of investigation are compared with results of Consulting room of financial stringency. After that, there are brought two case studies.
