Finanční analýza vybraných stavebních podniků

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the evaluation of the financial health of companies M - Silnice a. s. and Metrostav a. s. in the years 2009 - 2011. For the development of the financial analysis were used, the profit and loss account and balance sheet in the years 2009-2011. The work includes theoretical and practical part. The aim of the thesis is the evaluation and comparison of selected construction companies using financial ratios, default models and Du - pont pyramidal decomposition. The conclusion contains a mutual comparison of the two companies, financial assessment and proposed actions and recommendations for improvement.
