Abstract

The diploma thesis work deals with the implementation of methodologies for CQI audits in the system of internal audits, specificaly in Kayaku Safety Systems a. s. The aim of this work is to analyze the current state of compliance with the requirements of already established CQI standards, as well as the creation of a questionnaire for audit at the supplier according to the CQI-19 standard, which is not yet implemented in the company. The theoretical part first clarifies the basics of quality management and audit systems in general. It then focuses on the general theory of CQI audits. The practical part first introduces the already mentioned company. The following is an analysis of the current state of the quality management system against the individual requirements of CQI standards implemented in the company, a comparison of CQI-19 and IATF standards in supplier evaluation and the design of a questionnaire according to CQI-19 for supplier evaluation, thanks to which the effect of quality improvement is expected.
