Abstract

STREJČEK, Pavel. Apartment House in Olomouc, 2024 107 p. Bachelor‘s thesis. VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Construction. The subject of this bachelor‘s thesis is the creation of project documentation for a residential building in Olomouc. The project documentation is prepared at the stage for construction implementation. The residential building is a four-story structure without a basement, with a wall-bearing systém and a flat roof. The proposed building will serve as permanent housing for individuals. On the ground floor of the building, one non-residential unit is designed for commercial purposes. The bachelor‘s thesis includes a technical report on the construction part, drawing documentation at the stage for construction implementation, thermal-technical assessments of selected perimeter structures, and static calculation of two chosen structural elements.
