Abstract

The topic of my diploma thesis is the elaboration of the construction part project documentation for administration building in the stage for the construction realization on the basis of regulation No. 499/2006 Coll. at amendment version No. 62/2013 Coll. About the building documentation. It is a three-floor building with a basement in the rectangular ground plan. The building is designed as a prefabricated reinforced concrete skeleton and is roofed with a single-layer flat roof. The part of the diploma thesis is the thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures and the energy label of the building envelope prepared according to ČSN 730540-2 (2011) as well as the design of reinforced concrete and static assessment of the flight of stairs.
