Abstract

The subject of this bachelor9s thesis is the development of design documentation for construction execution in accordance with Act No. 283/2021 Coll., the Building Act, as amended (Version 5). The design of the house is based on a previously prepared architectural study and drawing documentation for a building permit, developed within the course Studio Design 5. The basis for the final architectural study originates from a project completed in the course Studio Design 1. The project focuses on a house with the descriptive number 445, standing on plot number 26 and four houses on plots number 24 and 1518 in the village of Skalice near Frýdek-Místek, which is part of Frýdek-Místek. The thesis is divided into textual and drawing documentation. The textual part includes an introductory and technical report on the building. The design documentation includes the proposed buildings, including utility networks, paved areas, and fencing. Appendices contain the drawing part with complete construction execution documentation, detailed drawings, and an architectural detail.
