Návratnost investic do lidského kapitálu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem návratnosti investic do lidského kapitálu formou vysokoškolské studia. Veškeré použité údaje pochází od dvou konkrétních subjektů. Cílem této práce je zjistit návratnost investice osobě, která šla na vysokou školu. Je srovnávána se subjektem, který po střední škole odešel do pracovního poměru. Úvodní část je zaměřena na teorii, která se zabývá lidským kapitálem. Ve zbylé části práce si provedeme rozbor srovnávaných subjektů a uvedeme potřebné informace pro zjištění návratnosti investice vysokoškoláka. Dále si popíšeme možné metody sloužící k určení námi zadaného cíle. Následně jednu z uvedených metod použijeme pro stanovení doby návratnosti. V případě, že tato hodnota vyjde záporná, provedeme simulaci, ve které se pokusíme stanovit okamžik navrácení vynaložené investice.

The bachelor´s thesis is focused on the theme of return on investment into human capital in the form of university education. All the information used as a source come from two particular subjects. The target of this thesis is to find out the return on investment of a person that has gone to university. It is being compared with a subject that found an employment after the secondary education had been completed. The introduction part is focused on the theory that is engaged with the human capital. In the remaining part of the thesis we will analyse the compared subjects and state the needed information in order to find out the the return on investment of the university graduate. Then possible methods to achieve the assigned goal will be described. Afterwards one of the mentioned methods to determine the payback time will be used. In case that the result is a negative value, we will perform a simulation in the course of which we will try to determine the moment of return on the spent investment.
