Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je majetek územních samosprávných celků. Cílem práce je zhodnocení hospodaření s majetkem vybrané obce v oblasti teorie, legislativy a účetnictví. Teoretická část obsahuje charakteristiky činností při nakládání s majetkem. Praktická část zahrnuje analýzu právní úpravy hospodaření s majetkem územních samosprávních celků. Projektová část obsahuje zjištění všech skutečností u sledované obce. Výstupem jsou návrhy k právní úpravě hospodaření s majetkem obcí dle platných judikátů a účetní metodologická doporučení obci Rudná pod Pradědem.

The topic of the thesis is the Property of Territorial Self-Govermnent Units. The aim is to evaluate the management of assets selected municipalities in theory, law and accounting. The theoretical part contains the characteristics of activities in the management of the property. The practical part includes an analysis of the legislation property management of local government units. Project part contains the findings of fact of the researched village. The output of the proposals on the regulation of property management communities according to applicable case law and accounting methodological recommendations village Rudná pod Pradědem.
