Výrobní efektivita kalících pecí v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to determinate the effiency of hardening furnaces and their comparison in the company PILANA Saw Bodies a.s. based in Zborovice. The theoretical research contains a proposal for suitable method for measuring effiency of equipment. The search is focused on improving production processes, OEE and TPM. The practical part contains caulculations of equipment effiency, the state of the curent state of effiency measurement and proposal to increase the effiency of the equipment. An analysis of the effiency of hardening furnaces is performed and the results are evaluated. A new machine card, average times for regular maintenance and automatic data collection were designed.
