Postaudit investičního projektu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je provedení postauditu investičního projektu realizovaného společností MSA, a.s.. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do tří samostatných částí. Teoretický rámec je zaměřen na základní informace týkající se investic a investičního rozhodování. Blíže jsou specifikovány parametry, které investice ovlivňují, metody efektivnosti investic, riziko v investičním rozhodování a také teoretická základna postauditu investice. V druhé části práce jsou prezentovány výsledky, které společnost MSA, a.s. kvantifikovala v rámci hodnocení investičního projektu před uvedením investice do provozu. Jedná se především o předpokládané tržby, náklady a hodnoty, které jsou potřeba ke stanovení peněžních toků a čisté současné hodnoty projektu. Praktická část je zaměřena na aplikaci postauditu investice, který je proveden po třech letech provozu investice. V rámci postauditu jsou porovnávány předpokládané hodnoty se skutečně dosaženými hodnotami. K analýze rizikových faktorů je využito pyramidového rozkladu čisté současné hodnoty na bázi cash flow a ke kvantifikaci vlivů dílčích faktorů na výslednou čistou hodnotu je aplikována analýza citlivosti.

An aim of diploma thesis is an investment project postaudit realized by the company MSA, a.s. The thesis is divided into three separate parts. A theoretical one is focused on basic information relating to investments and investment decision-making. It specifies the parameters influencing the investments, method of investment effectiveness, risk in decision-making as well as theoretical base for investment postaudit. The second part of thesis presents the results that were quantified by MSA, a.s. within the range of investment project evaluation before investment commissioning. It concerns mainly expected sales, costs and values necessary for the determination of cash flow and current net project value. A practical part refers to the application of investment postaudit that is realized after three-year investment operation. Within the postaudit, there are compared the expected values with real ones achieved. A pyramid structure of current net value on the basis of cash flow is applied for a risk factor analysis and a sensitivity analysis is used for quantification of individual factor influence on final net value.
