Opravy chýb v katastrálnom operáte

Abstract

Výsledkom diplomovej práce bolo zameranie a vyhotovenie podkladov na vykonanie opráv chýb v katastrálnom operáte. V prvej časti sa diplomová práca zaoberala teoretickými informáciami o katastri nehnuteľností, o spôsoboch vykonávania opráv, použitými prístrojmi, popisom lokality a metódami merania. Jednotlivo sa popísala forma podkladov, na základe ktorých sa vykonáva oprava chýb. V praktickej časti sa uviedol postup pri prešetrovaní podkladov v archíve katastra nehnuteľností a postup merania v teréne od začiatku, až po výsledný export a spracovanie dát. V poslednej časti sa diplomová práca podrobnejšie venovala postupu prác v geodetických programoch.

The result of the diploma thesis was the focus and preparation of documents for the correction of errors in the cadastral register. In the first part, the diploma thesis dealt with theoretical information about the real estate cadastre, the methods of corrections, the device used, the description of the site and measurement methods. The form of the documents on the basis of which the correction of errors is performed was described individually. In the practical part, the procedure for investigating documents in the archives of the Real Estate Cadastre and the procedure for measuring in the field from the beginning to the final export and data processing were presented. In the last part, the diploma thesis dealt in more detail on the procedure of work in geodetic programs.
