Hodnocení efektivnosti reálné investice společnosti Tatra Trucks, a.s.

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce bylo ekonomické zhodnocení reálné investice společnosti Tatta Trucks, a.s. Společnost investuje do výměny parních vzduchotechnických jednotek, které nahradí stávající plynové vzduchotechnické jednotky. Zhodnocení investice bylo provedeno na základě statických a dynamických kritérií. Dále byla na základě zhodnocení investice vybrána optimální varianta daňových odpisů majetku, který bude odpisován v rámci této investice. Z výsledku hodnocení vyplývá, že daná investice je výhodná a optimální metodou daňových odpisů je rovnoměrná metoda odpisování.

The aim this bachelor thesis was to evaluate the real economic investment of Tatra Trucks, Inc. company. The company invests in the exchanin steam air-handling units, which will replace the existing gas air-handling units. Evaluation of the investment was based on static and dynamic criteria. Further, based on the investments evaluation the optimal variant of tax depreciation of assets which will be amortized within this investment was chosen. From the evaluation results that the investment is profitable and the straight line method od depreciation is the optimal method of tax depreciation.
