SWOT analýza brownfieldů v Moravskoslezském kraji

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the problematics of brownfields and their overall characteristics in Moravian-Silesian region. In the first, introductory chapter the origin and development of brownfields is outlined together with the situation in Moravian-Silesian region, particularly Ostrava. In the second chapter, which is divided into few subheads, definitions, terms and individual divisions are explained. Definitions and division of brownfields are mentioned at the beginning. The next subhead deals with the efficiency audit. Regeneration and its process are explained as well. The next subheads outline the methods of financial regenerations of brownfields and mention the greenfields in connection with the financing and competition of brownfields. The end of the chapter is devoted to the National database, projects that have been carried out and those that are being planned, regional operational program and financial support on the national and EU level. In the third chapter the SWOT analysis is made, on the basis of which there is advice and suggestions outlined in the fourth chapter.
