Územní studie části areálu Sportovně-kulturního střediska v Chotěbuzi

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vytvořit návrh sportovní části v areálu Sportovně-kulturního střediska v obci Chotěbuz. Práce je navržena variantně a poté vybraná varianta zpracována do finální podoby. Zpracovaná varianta v podobě územní studie a obsahuje řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury, veřejného prostranství a především sportovišť s nezbytným zázemím. Návrh vychází z Územního plánu obce Chotěbuz, kde je tato lokalita určena zónou pro sport a rekreaci. Výsledky práce předpokládají využití areálu pro žáky místní základní školy a širokou veřejnost, ale také pro možnost kulturního využití. Výkresová dokumentace se skládá ze stávajícího stavu, návrhu v podobě tří variant a zvolená varianta doplněna o řešení dopravy, technické infrastruktury a také vizualizaci. Závěr práce obsahuje ekonomický propočet vybrané varianty.

Objective of the bachelor work is to design the sports section in the Sports and cultural centre in the village Chotebuz. The work is designed variants and then selected treatment option to its final form. Processed variant in the form of regional studies and provides solutions to traffic and technical infrastructure, public areas and primarily with the necessary sports facilities. The proposal is based on local development plan of the village Chotebuz, where the site is designated by zone for sport and recreation. The results expected use of the area for local primary school pupils and the general public, but also the opportunity for cultural use. Drawing documentation consists of the current state of the proposal in the form of three variants of a selected option added to the solution of traffic infrastructure and visualization. Conclusion contains an economic calculation of the selected option.
