Abstract

The aim of my thesis is a problems of social responsibility which is known as CSR- Corporate Social Responsibility. Theoretic part of my thesis is concerned with key areas of this problem, classification and measurement of the CSR. After that, I apply these facts to terms of company OZO Ostrava s. r. o., which is engaged in refuse collection. Practic part analyse activities which are include in CSR and the company cares about them. In terms of realized facts I suggest concrete steps as a installation of system of management CSR, better internal communication and creation really detailed ethics code, which must be observed.
