Abstract

This bachelor thesis is focused on ensuring perimeter protection of an airport by physical security. The introductory chapters define significant terms used in airport security and some law regulations of this issue. The following parts of this work provide basic information about object protection, there are forces that ensure security at the airport and there is a topic of physical security analyzed in more detail. The work also describes physical protection, threats associated with overcoming of airport perimeter and the work also gives information about training airport staff. The practical part consists of various methods of risk analysis and subsequent evaluation. Finally, there is given a proposal for securing the airport perimeter.
