Abstract
The bachelor thesis is focused on the collective investment in the Czech Republic. The first part defines the basic terms and describes subjects of the collective investment and their classification. The second part deals with the historical development and legal regulations of collective investment. The last part is an analysis of the current situation of collective investment and the development of different types of funds.
