Přeshraniční spolupráce v rámci Euroregionu Silesia a její realizace v programovém období 2014–2020 na příkladu vybraného projektu

Abstract

Mezi základní cíle politiky soudržnosti Evropské unie lze řadit podporu a rozvoj přeshraniční spolupráce v rámci jednotlivých euroregionů. Hlavním cílem této práce je tak vymezit problematiku přeshraniční spolupráce jak na úrovni Evropské unie, tak i z pohledu Euroregionu Silesia. Práce je rozdělena do 5 kapitol. První kapitola je úvod a poslední je závěr. První obsahová kapitola představuje teoretická východiska přeshraniční spolupráce a význam euroregionů v EU a ČR. Druhá obsahová kapitola se zabývá Euroregionem Silesia a jeho postavením v rámci programu přeshraniční spolupráce Interreg V-A Česká republika - Polsko. Na základě získaných teoretických poznatků je v rámci třetí obsahové kapitoly zpracován návrh projektového záměru, který by se mohl v budoucnu stát reálnou žádostí o podporu z programu Interreg V-A Česká republika - Polsko. Závěrem lze konstatovat, že byl vstup do Evropské unie pro Českou i Polskou republiku výhodou, a to především z hlediska zvýšení finančních prostředků či zlepšení úrovně přeshraniční spolupráce.

Support and development of cross-border cooperation within individual Euroregions can be included into the main topics of the European Union cohesion policy. The main aim of this thesis is to define the issues of cross-border cooperation, on the level of European Union and from the point of view of Euroregion Silesia. The thesis is sorted into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction and the last is the conclusion. The first content chapter represents theoretical possibilities of cross-border cooperation and the significance of euroregions in the CR and EU. The second content chapter deals with Euroregion Silesia and its placement within the program of cross-border cooperation Interreg V-A Czech Republic – Poland. Based on acquired theoretical knowledge, in the third content chapter is written a proposal for a project plan, which in future could become a real request for financial support from the program Interreg V-A Czech Republic – Poland. In conclusion, it can be said, that the integration of the Czech and Polish Republic to European Union is an advantage, especially in aspects of increase (financial) means or an increase of cross-border cooperation level.
