Abstract

In my bachelor thesis I focused on the marketing of the basketball club of NH Ostrava. With regard to my playing in this club, I opted for a marketing research methods of observation and interview with the manager of the club. My work is divided into three parts. The first is a theoretical part where I described marketing, marketing mix and research methods. In the second part, I used theoretical knowledge in practice, where I described the marketing strategy of NH Ostrava with the marketing mix. In the third, the last part, I described the financial backing of two selected marketing events of the club. I tried to find errors in marketing of the club and suggest possible improvements.
