Plánování následných opatření při radiační havárii v podmínkách kraje

This diploma thesis deals with planning long term protective actions from radiological accidents in safety plans of regions. First part is aimed at description of documents which were made to prepare for handling radiological accidents. Long term protective actions in safety plans of regions must be in compliance with these documents. The thesis continues with description of radiological accidents. This part is followed by new radiological risk in the Czech Republic. The radiological accidents from the past serve as input to the analysis of radiological accidents. After this thesis proceeds to the part where is analysed current state of long term protective actions planned in safety plans of regions. The aim of the thesis is to make methodology based on description of radiological accidents, analysis of radiological accidents and analysis of current state of dealing with radilogical accidents in safety plans of regions. At the end of the thesis are showed ways to implement this methodology into the emergeny and crisis plan of the Czech republic regions.
