The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop the construction part of the project documentation in stage - documentation for the construction. The pension is designed as a brick building without a basement with three floors, which is covered by a flat single-skin roof. This diploma thesis contains an accompanying technical report, technical report and drawing part. A static calculation of the load-bearing capacity of the inner load-bearing wall, thermal-technical assessment of the structures forming the building envelope and the calculation of the average heat transfer coefficient are also included in this diploma thesis.
