Abstract

The bachelor thesis "Evaluation of Motivation in a Selected Company" focuses on a comprehensive analysis and assessment of the current state of the motivational system within a specific enterprise. The theoretical part defines fundamental concepts, psychological aspects of motivation, and provides an overview of prominent motivational theories that establish a framework for understanding human behavior in the labor process. The practical part is designed as a case study, which, through a questionnaire survey, examines employee attitudes toward currently utilized stimulatory tools and their overall satisfaction. The conclusion evaluates the existing system,identifying critical areas and proposing specific measures aimed at optimizing the motivational strategy and enhancing employee loyalty.
