Návrh programového rámce implementační části Strategie komunitně vedeného místního rozvoje na území MAS Valašsko–Horní Vsacko

Abstract

The target of this dissertation thesis is to describe integrated approach to regional development and issues of community–led local development and on the base of these theoretical knowledge to propose the programme framework for employment of the community–led local development strategy of the local action group Valašsko–Horní Vsacko, which is co-financed out of the European social fund. This dissertation thesis is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is an introduction and final conclusion. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical issues of integrated instrument and development of community–led local development. The following analytic part deals with the whole structure of the community–led local development strategy of the local action group Valašsko–Horní Vsacko. There are all mandatory parts, the part of the description and explanation of the selection area, analytic, strategic and implementation part. The practical part of this dissertation thesis is to propose measures to solve problem areas, which can be solved through the Operational programme for Employment.
