Návrh na efektivnější zabezpečení objektu obvodního oddělení Policie ČR.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocení současného stavu a návrhem efektivnějšího zabezpečení budovy obvodního oddělení Policie České republiky prostředky technické ochrany. V první části je uveden soupis nejdůležitějších platných právních předpisů, souvisejících s touto problematikou. Teoreticky je v práci nastíněna a popsána komplexní ochrana objektu. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na popis, funkci technického zabezpečení zvoleného objektu, uvedení identifikace nebezpečí a následné hodnocení rizika. Dále pak jsou uvedeny návrhy k efektivnějšímu zabezpečení a jejich ekonomické zhodnocení

The thesis is focused on the current status assesment and it sproposal of the effective building security of the District Police Department of the Czech Republic in Ostrava with technical protection means. The first part includes the listing of the most important legislativ dealing with this issue. The comprehensive asset protection is described and presented. The main part of the thesis is focused on description and fiction of security the chosen building, introduction of the danger identification and the following risk analysis. There are presented the improvement proposal for more effective security and its economi evaluation.
