Abstract

This thesis provides an over view of the various technologies used wastewater treatment plus applicable legislation for wastewater discharge. It is focused primarily on thetechnology used in the plant TVD – Technická výroba a.s., Rokytnice. Are characterized in the wastewater produced in this company and also how these wastes in the mentioned company costs as they are disposed of. Another part of this work is to evaluate the current wastewater treatment technologies, and finally outlining the most feasiblesolution for this issue.
