Optimalizace procesů výroby konektorů na osazovacím automatu BSTA 4703

Abstract

This graduation theses discourses about optimalization of the connector manufacturing process on the automatically assembling CNC machine 4703 in the company ept connector s.r.o. The graduation theses solves current situation in manufacturing planning process and consequently real manufacturing process. By the application of the work’s conclusions is possible increase the machine utilization from currently 40% to 51% and by some articles this increase is to 76%. For this increasing of the machine utilization are not necessary any next investments only is necessary application of the recommendations from this work for better using the machine time.
