Abstract
The main objective of the diploma thesis is assessment of the suppliers ownership structure influence of the tender result. From the point of view of the corruption potential are bearer share ideal instrument of the bribery. They are nontransparent and their owner is hard to find. The theoretical part describes type of procedure, stage of tenders and the basic concepts of law of public tenders. Next chapter analysis nontransparent companies by database zIndex. The final chapter contains appreciation of the suppliers ownership structure influence of the tender result.
