Abstract

The topic of the bachelor thesis is internal guidelines and their purpose in a business company. The first part of the thesis focuses on the general specification of internal guidelines, their characteristics, production and utilization in practice. The second part is practically oriented. It is focused on a particular situation of a selected business company. Here a general description of the business company is presented, and primary information that is important for the run of the business company is mentioned. The thesis also focuses on analysis and description of existing internal guidelines and production of new internal guidelines.
