Analýza bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci u vybraného zaměstnavatele

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor‘s thesis is the analysis of occupational health and safety services in the chosen company and the evaluation of current state in the company in accordance with valid legislation. The method of analysis, deduction and comparative method were used to work out the thesis. In the theoretical part, there is briefly outlined the issue of OSH, legislative framework, which OSH is based on, rights and duties of employer and employee, the issue of occupational injuries and illnesses, personal protective means requirements, OSH training, risks evaluation and also audit offices, which supervise the observance of legislative framework. In the practical part, the chosen company is presented in more detail, there is analysis of risks, occupational injuries, OSH connected to machine operation and provision of personal protective means. Conclusion of this thesis contains results of external OSH inspections, final evaluation and recommendations for improvements in the company.
