Abstract
The aim of my bachelor thesis is to determine the productivity of the work of ME-Metal, s.r.o. in selected years. Evaluate the findings and suggest measures to increase labor productivity. For this purpose I will use the selected methods for comparison. The theoretical part of this thesis defines work productivity and its tools. In the practical part are presented and compared the calculations of labor productivity of individual years in the company.
