Napěťová analýza odstředivě litých ocelí

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá studiem vzniku napěťových stavů v ocelových odlitcích. Pro studium napětí po odlití se použily dva typy zkušebních odlitků tělesa mříže. Míra napjatosti se odvozovala od změřené hodnoty lineárního a relativního smrštění i od velikosti trhlin a prasklin ve zkušebních odlitcích. Dále se vyhodnocovala mikrostruktura a mechanické vlastnosti zkušebních odlitků. Výsledky reálných měření jsou porovnány s počítačovou simulací tuhnutí a pnutí testované geometrie zkušebních těles.

The present thesis studies the emergence of tension states in the steel castings. The study of post-casting tension used two types of sample castings of a cage body. The tension level was derived from the measured value of linear and relative shrinkage, and from the size of cracks and ruptures in the sample castings. In addition, a microstructure and mechanic properties of the sample castings were evaluated. The results of actual measurements were compared with the computer-made simulation of solidification and strain in the tested geometry of test specimen.
