Abstract
The main goal of the bachelor thesis is a management analysis of a fitness center called Bodyland Professional fitness and to provide solutions for problems. One of the goals is to also find out the happiness with management. This is achieved by a questionnaire for the customers. The first part of the thesis focuses on theories about management, marketing and sport. The second part analyses management of the fitness center. This is achieved by using swot analysis, application of marketing mix and the results of the questionnaire. The final part of the thesis summarizes the results from the analysis and presents the improvements for the problems that have occurred.
