Abstract

JURAČKA, D. 3TOWERS Skyscraper: Bachelor Thesis. Ostrava: VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Architecture, 2018. Thesis Supervisor: Krčmář, I. The architectural solution is a high-rise building in the designed suburban planning concept of Nová Ves. It is situated on the widening of the Odra River and is one of the symbols of transformation of “a village“ into “the heart“ of the City of Ostrava. It is located in its geographical centre. The Bachelor Thesis “3TOWERS Skyscraper“ in the course of study of Architecture and architectural engineering is based on the design developed in the subject of Studio work/production III and IV. Only a part of the building is resolved here. The Thesis consists of a theoretical part and drawing documentation which is enclosed. The theoretical part describes the current status and submitted design. The theoretical part also includes a developed covering overall technical report and technical report for the building according to Edict/vyhl. 499/2006 Sb. referring to the building documentation in the extent given by the work supervisor. Specialisation – an architectonic detail is attached to the drawing documentation.
