Křižovatka Smetanovo nábřeží - Přísady - Kropáčová v Hranicích

Abstract

The aim of bacheros thesis „Intersection Smetanovo nabrezi – Prisady – Kropacova in Hranice“ is to analyze road safety, the suitability of the current crossing arrangement and the subsequent design of measures to increase safety. The first part of the thesis focuses on the assessment of the current state, the execution of the traffic engineering survey, from which the data on the intensity of the traffic, the direction and the composition of the traffic streams had been acquired and also the analysis of traffic accidents was made. The second part deals with the possibility of modification in order to increase the safety and fluency of transport. The conclusion of the thesis is to evaluate the possibilities of constructal modifications and light signaling equipment with subsequent assessment of capacitive variants. In the last part, the proposed variants will be evaluated and the simulation models of variants will be created in the PTV VISSIM program.
