Hodnocení forem, stupně zajištění a likvidace pohledávek ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současného řízení a zajištění pohledávek ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je analýza stavu a struktury pohledávek a následné navržení a vyhodnocení doporučení vedoucích k optimalizaci řízení pohledávek. V teoretické části jsou na základě literární rešerše charakterizovány pohledávky, dále jsou popsány možnosti jejich řízení a zajištění a také způsoby jejich vymáhání. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu současného stavu pohledávek ve vybrané společnosti, systém jejich řízení a stupeň zajištění. Součástí praktické části je analýza nejvýznamnějších odběratelů na základě toho, v jaké výši se podílí na tržbách společnosti. V závěru práce jsou na základě zjištěných výsledků navržena doporučení, která by měla dopomoci k optimalizaci řízení a zajištění pohledávek.

This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of current management and receivable securing in a selected company. The purpose of the thesis is to analyze the status and structure of receivables and to propose and evaluate recommendations leading to optimization of receivables management. The theoretical part describes the receivables on the basis of the literature search, further describes the possibilities of their management and securing and also the ways of their recovery. The practical part focuses on the analysis of the current status of receivables in the selected company, the system of their management and the phase of securing. The next part is the analysis of the most important customers on the basis of their share in the company's revenues. At the end of the thesis, recommendations are proposed based on the results, which should help to optimize the management and receivable securing.
