Využití moderních technologií v rámci městské policie pro zvýšení bezpečnosti obyvatel

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využíváním moderních technologií v rámci městské policie, konkrétně bezpilotních letadel, chytrých kamerových systémů a elektromobilů. Cílem práce je zpracovat inovativní návrh systému zajištění bezpečnosti obyvatel města Zábřeh na základě vyhodnocení stávajících bezpečnostních rizik a kriminologických faktorů. Teoretická část definuje vývoj obecní policie, specifika zábřežské služebny a technické parametry moderních technologií. Praktická část kombinuje kvantitativní šetření mezi strážníky a strukturovaný rozhovor se starostou města. Výzkum ukázal, že sbor je na technologickou transformaci připraven, přičemž největší potenciál spatřuje v rozvoji inteligentní analýzy obrazu, a naopak největší bariéry byly zjištěny u dronů v legislativě a etickém vnímání veřejností. Výsledky práce slouží jako koncepční podklad pro modernizaci Městské policie Zábřeh a zefektivnění ochrany obyvatelstva.

This bachelor’s thesis examines the use of modern technologies in municipal police, specifically unmanned aerial vehicles, smart camera systems, and electric vehicles. The aim of the thesis is to develop an innovative proposal for a system to ensure the safety of the residents of Zábřeh, based on an analysis of existing security risks and criminological factors. The theoretical part defines the development of municipal police, the specifics of the Zábřeh police department, and the technical parameters of modern technologies. The practical part combines a quantitative survey conducted among police officers with a structured interview with the mayor. The research indicated that the force is prepared for technological transformation, identifying the greatest potential in the development of intelligent image analysis, while the main barriers to drone deployment lie in legislation and public ethical perceptions. The results of the thesis serve as a conceptual basis for the modernization of the Zábřeh Municipal Police and for improving the effectiveness of public safety.
