Abstract
The subject of my dissertation is a strategic analysis of competitive surroundings of company SSKA – Stavební společnost Karviná a.s. The theoretical part is devoted to marketing information, strategic analysis and tools of strategic analysis. The strategic scripts are described there as well. The actual analysis of inner environment of the company and external analysis of its competitive surroundings are performed in next part, which is oriented on experience. The strategic scripts of its future development are based on information gained from previous analysis.
