Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with legal obligations in building management by using software support. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with mapping of the theoretical bases under the terms of legal obligations concerning the administration of buildings. The practical part of the diploma thesis consists of two parts. The first part describes the preparation of a questionnaire, which was published on the TZB-info.cz web site to be filled in by a professional schema_dspacedb. The questionnaire was used to identify knowledge of the professional public about legal obligations in building management. The second part describes the civic amenities object, which is modeled in the software program SW KLID.
